For men who are putting in the work but still not seeing it in the mirror. Training consistently isn't the problem.
Not matching it with the right nutrition is.
These are real clients. Real timeframes. This is what actually happens when training and nutrition finally work together.
Peter came in not knowing what to do on his own in the gym. No real nutrition strategy, no structure. 12 weeks later he has full control over his training and nutrition, and he actually understands how to maintain it long-term.
Danny needed a full re-wire to offset bad habits that were holding him back. 3 years on and he's still applying what he learned and is now helping others do the same.
Paul wanted to get in the best shape of his life by his 50th birthday.
Mission accomplished.
I hope I look this good at 50 !
Anthony is a good example of what happens when everything is working together – training, nutrition, and having someone to check in with weekly.
Eddie was already familiar with training – the nutrition side was what he'd never properly addressed. Once that was sorted, progress was consistent every single week.
Jay had slightly more to work through, so we extended the timeline. Steady, consistent progress from start to finish.
Keawn's was a longer journey because well... there's no rush.
This might be exactly what you've been missing.
You train consistently but you look almost identical to how you did a year ago. Weights have gone up but your body hasn't changed.
You've tried different programmes. Push/pull/legs. 5-day splits. Low volume, high intensity. Something works for a bit, then nothing. You're not sure what to do next.
You don't really know what to eat. Or how much. You eat what seems "healthy" but you genuinely have no idea if it matches what you're trying to achieve.
YouTube gives you 15 conflicting answers to every question. High carb or low carb? Calorie deficit or recomp? You've spent more time researching than actually making progress.
You want to look athletic. You want to feel good with your shirt off. You just want your hard work to actually show. That's not too much to ask.
Most men who come to us are already training hard. The problem is that the training is running on its own with no nutrition programme to match it. That's like driving with the handbrake on.
There's no magic programme here. This works because of the accountability, the structure, and having someone in your corner who's done it before.
No generic templates. We look at where you are now, where you want to get to, and build a training and nutrition plan that fits your schedule. You'll start with physique photos and a full intake so everything is tailored properly to you.
Most people have the training sorted. The nutrition is what's missing. We give you clear, specific targets – calories, protein, structure, so your body finally has a reason to change. Your coach delivers your full programme within 48 hours, with a roadmap for the full 12 weeks.
Weeks 4–6 are when most people quit. We've been through this programme ourselves and coached dozens of men through it. We know what you'll feel at each stage – and we'll be there when it gets difficult. Most people notice changes in weeks 2–4. By week 8, the difference is hard to ignore.
Peak Physique is 12 weeks of genuine 1:1 coaching. Not a course. Not a PDF and a Facebook group.
It's me, in your corner for 12 weeks.
Built specifically for your starting point, your schedule, and your goal. We assess where you're at first – physique photos and a full intake – then design everything around you. You'll know exactly what you're doing in the gym and why.
Exact targets. Not vague advice. You'll know your calories, your protein, how to structure your meals around your day. Whether you're cutting fat, building muscle, or both – the nutrition plan is what makes the training actually work.
Progress gets tracked. The programme adapts when it needs to. If something isn't working we fix it. This is not a set-and-forget service – we actively manage your progress for the full 12 weeks.
Questions between check-ins? Message your coach. Not a support inbox. Not a 72-hour response time. Someone who knows your programme, your history, and can give you a straight answer.
12 weeks. A proper programme. A coach who's done it themselves. £450, one payment.
Start my 12 weeks — £450 →The "what happens next" anxiety is real. Here's the three steps between clicking buy and having your programme in hand.
After signing up you'll fill in a short intake form. It'll ask about your current training, your goal, and what your weeks actually look like. You'll send a couple of physique photos so I can see exactly where you're starting from. This takes about 10 minutes.
I'll put together a training plan and nutrition targets built specifically for you. Not a template with your name on it. You'll receive this within 48 hours – including a full breakdown of what you're doing and why.
We have weekly check-ins to review progress, adjust the plan, and answer questions. Most people notice changes in weeks 2–4. By week 8, the difference is usually hard to ignore. At week 12, you'll understand exactly how to maintain what you've built.
£450 covers the full 12 weeks. Your training programme, nutrition plan, weekly check-ins, and direct access to me

to upgrade your body and get accused of taking steroids :)
Spots are limited.
If you follow the programme, hit your sessions, stick to the nutrition plan and engage in your weekly check-ins, you will see visible results. That's not a bold claim. That's just what happens when training and nutrition are finally working together properly.
I was training 10 hours a week but was still overweight and out of shape. When I was on holiday at the beach I felt embarrassed to take my shirt off. It was at that point I realised something had to change.
The problem wasn't the training.
It was nutrition.
I was genuinely strong but the nutrition side of things was letting me down, and nobody had ever explained it properly.
Now I train 5 hours a week, actually look fit and athletic, and understand how to easily maintain this shape for the rest of my life. I've trained for 17 years and made so many mistakes along the way. Because of that, I can easily spot where people are going wrong because I've been through most of it myself.
Will I lose muscle while I'm cutting?
This is probably the most common concern I hear. The short answer: not if the programme is designed correctly. We set your calories at a deficit that's aggressive enough to lose fat, but not so aggressive that your body starts eating into muscle. Your protein targets are also set high enough to protect what you've built. You should finish 12 weeks leaner and looking more muscular, not smaller.
How much time does this actually take each week?
Your training sessions will be 3–5 per week depending on your availability. Each session is 45–75 minutes. The nutrition side doesn't require you to cook different food or spend hours meal prepping – it's hitting a daily target, which most people find straightforward once they know the numbers. .
I've tried loads of things before. Why will this be different?
Most programmes only address one side of the equation. Training-only programmes ignore nutrition. Nutrition guides ignore how training should actually be structured. Peak Physique runs both together, with someone checking your progress every week. The other thing: having a real person in your corner makes weeks 4–8 very different. That's the bit that usually falls apart when you're doing it on your own.
Will it be sustainable? I don't want to lose it all when I stop.
The goal of the 12 weeks isn't just the result – it's making sure you understand how you got there. By the end you'll know how to eat, how to train, and how to maintain your physique without needing to be coached through it. Most of our clients walk away with more confidence about this than they've ever had.
I work full-time and have a family. Is this realistic?
Most of our clients are in exactly that situation. The programme is built around your life, not the other way around. We know what the 6am alarm looks like, what it's like to train at 9pm after the kids are in bed, and what "I had a really bad week" actually means. This has been designed to work in the real world.
What if I can't fully commit right now?
Honestly? Then this probably isn't the right time. The programme works when you show up consistently. If your schedule is genuinely too unstable right now, it's better to wait until you can give it a proper run. There's no point spending money on something you can't actually do.
What do I actually need to get started?
Access to a gym. The ability to track your food (we'll show you how – it's simpler than most people expect). And a genuine commitment to the 12 weeks. That's it. No fancy equipment, no specific diet, no experience with coaching required.
You already know you can train.
The only thing missing is a programme that actually matches all of that effort with results.
Sign up, show me your starting point, and I'll help you get exactly where you want to be.
Worst case you try it, it's not right, and we sort it.
Best case – 12 weeks from now you're looking in the mirror wondering why you didn't do this sooner.
